The Sedona Conference®, a nonprofit research and educational think tank dedicated to the advanced study of law, has released a final, pre-publication version of its much-anticipated The Sedona Principles, Third Edition: Best Practices, Recommendations and Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production.
